Disclaimer: The following disclaimer is intended to inform users of the limitations and usage guidelines of the AI chatbots named "Bob's AI Book Chatbot" and "AI Bob" (hereafter, “chatbot”). Please read this disclaimer carefully before engaging with the chatbot. The chatbot provides automated responses generated by machine-learning algorithms. Users must not enter any confidential, personal, or sensitive information into the chat. Users of the chatbot bear sole responsibility for their interactions with the chatbot and their use or reliance on the information provided. 9. Every time a user interacts with the chatbot, the following access data are collected and securely stored in a web server file: the user prompt, the chatbot answer, chat ID, start date/time and end date/time. 10. Chatbot conversations may be reviewed by administrators to improve results. 11. By entering prompts and receiving answers, you give consent for this information to be processed and used for writing chatbot articles or for other uses. 12. We do not collect or share any personal information that you provide yourself, such as by entering information into the lead or contact form. Copyright Notice: The AI chatbots named "Bob's AI Book Chatbot" and "AI Bob" (hereafter, “chatbot”) is trained solely on material contained on the website bobemiliani.com. As such, all chatbot responses to users’ queries are copyright Bob Emiliani. Copy-and-paste of chatbot responses is not an authorised use unless written permission is first granted by Bob Emiliani. Click here to request permission to use chatbot responses. It is possible that the chatbot will produce written plagiaristic output of material obtained from outside the realm of bobemiliani.com. Users will not be informed of plagiaristic output produced by the chatbot. This can potentially expose users to copyright infringement. Users accept sole responsibility for verifying ownership of plagiaristic output. For example, if a user were to ask the chatbot about CONWIP, and a search of content on bobemiliani.com reveals that Bob Emiliani has never written about CONWIP, then user will immediately recognize that the chatbot has somehow obtained material from outside the realm of bobemiliani.com which could include plagiaristic output in whole or part. Other examples may not be so immediately obvious but could still include or constitute plagiaristic output in whole or part. Users must check that the output has not been plagiarized using typical methods such as Google search, Google Scholar, etc. Any plagiaristic output produced by the chatbot is copyright of the author who produced the text plagiarized by the chatbot and must be formally cited as such by the user. It is the user’s responsibility to seek permission from the copyright owner to use the plagiaristic output. Under no circumstances are the chatbot, its creators, its service providers, or agents responsible or liable for plagiaristic output or user’s unauthorized use of it.
Citing the Source: Users are granted permission to copy responses produced by the AI chatbots named "Bob's AI Book Chatbot" and “AI Bob” (hereafter, “chatbot”) in the case of brief quotations embodied in critical reviews and certain other non-commercial uses permitted by copyright law. This permission is strictly limited to chabot responses from within the realm of bobemiliani.com and does not apply to plagiaristic output or any response outside the realm of bobemiliani.com. Text should be cited according to formal guidelines such as that described in the MLA Handbook here and here.
